Description
The PerFectin™ Transfection Reagent is a low-cost cationic lipid specifically formulated and optimized to provide efficient transfection of several popularly-used cell lines. The reagent formulation, DNA/reagent ratio, protocols, and other parameters have all been optimized so that the transfection is simple and straightforward. Additionally, compared to other wide-spectrum transfection reagents, the PerFectin™ reagent is very economical.

Storage
For maximum stability, store all reagents at 4ºC upon receipt. If stored properly, dried PerFectin¿ Reagent is stable for 12 months, and hydrated PerFectin™ Reagent is stable for 6 months. DNA Diluent is stable for 12 months at 4ºC.
