Description
GeneSilencer™ 96 siRNA Transfection Reagent Plates provide a convenient high-throughput method for optimizing transfection conditions and performing siRNA transfection in 96-well plates. Each well contains a predetermined amount of the GeneSilencer siRNA Transfection Reagent.
Three different GeneSilencer 96 Plates are available: the GeneSilencer 96 siRNA Transfection Reagent Titration Plate allows for determination of the optimum amount of GeneSilencer reagent needed for maximal siRNA delivery. The GeneSilencer 96 siRNA Transfection Reagent Standard Plate (High) and (Low) allow for rapid transfections when a high or low optimal range of GeneSilencer reagent has been established using the Titration Plate.
Contents
- The
GeneSilencer 96 siRNA Transfection Reagent Titration Plate contains serially diluted transfection reagent across the columns of the plate Each well contains 11.7 - 0.15 ul of lipid diluted in serum-free media to a volume of 25 μl.
- The
GeneSilencer 96 siRNA Transfection Reagent Standard Plate (High) contains a set amount of 3.5 μl of GeneSilencer siRNA Transfection Reagent + 21.5 μl of serum free medium in each well of the plate.
- The
GeneSilencer 96 siRNA Transfection Reagent Standard Plate (Low) contains a set amount of 0.7 μl of GeneSilencer siRNA Transfection Reagent + 24.3 μl of serum free medium in each well of the plate.
Storage
The GeneSilencer™ 96 siRNA Transfection Reagent Plates are shipped at room temperature. For maximum stability, store all reagents at 4ºC upon receipt. If stored properly, all components are stable for 6 months.
